Construction waste is a major challenge. That’s why Pro Clima has partnered with GoodWrap Recycling to offer a simple, free, and fully trackable programme to keep your ADHERO backing film in circulation and out of landfills.

Plastic is Inevitable. Waste is Not.

We believe in doing things better. Together with GoodWrap, we’ve designed a seamless system that turns used plastic into a valuable resource. Instead of heading for the skip, your used ADHERO backing film goes into dedicated recycling bags, ready to be repurposed right here in Aotearoa.

  • Lower Carbon Emissions: Reprocessing plastic locally reduces our collective carbon footprint.

  • Support Local Manufacturing: Recycled materials are used to create new products in Aotearoa.

  • Keep Plastic in Use: A circular system means less reliance on new materials and less waste in our environment.

How It Works?

Every ADHERO order includes specially designed recycling bags. When a bag is full:

  1. Scan the QR code on the bag and enter your details — this lets us track your recycling and enters you in the prize draw.

  2. Choose one of the two free return options below.

Option 1 — Depot drop-off (3 kg, 6 kg, 9 kg & 12 kg bags)

Ideal for rural construction sites.

  1. Fill the bag with clean, dry ADHERO backing film only.

  2. In the QR form, choose the Mainfreight depot where you’ll drop the bag.

  3. We’ll text you a consignment number — write it on the bag.

  4. Drop the bag at the selected Mainfreight depot. Done!

Option 2 — Free on-site pickup (15 kg & 30 kg bags)

Ideal for urban building sites.

  1. Fill the bag with clean, dry ADHERO backing film only.

  2. In the QR form, tell us how many bags you have, your site address, and any special instructions.

  3. We’ll handle the rest — GoodWrap will arrange collection directly from your site. Done!

❌ NO THANKS:

  • General site waste.

  • Heavily contaminated or wet material.
